Join Anne, Lili and Sammy for cinnamon-scented baking fun. You'll learn the basics of soft, fluffy cinnamon roll dough,and you'll roll out, fill and bake a pan of cinnamon rolls! You will work with our Cinnamon Roll Filling for a delicious cinnamon-streusel ribbon inside your cinnamon rolls. We teach a sour cream powdered sugar glaze that's a must for creating a balanced flavor profile that isn't overly sweet.
While the cakes proof, we will demo the dough-making process along with how you can use the same dough for making mini braided cinnamon roll muffins. You'll try your hand at the technique for braiding adorable mini braided cinnamon rolls.
While the cinnamon rolls bake, we will treat you to a lunch of with and a big Sensation Salad. Once your pan of cinnamon rolls cool, you'll ice and take home your pan of deliciousness.

Children 12 and over are welcome but must be accompanied by a paying adult. The adult and child must both hold a paid ticket and will work side-by-side during the class.

CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning, food purchases and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
