Our Kosher Flake Sea Salt is a clean, deep ocean salt harvested from crisp, cold, deep currents in the Pacific Ocean. It's mineral rich, minimally processed with no anti-caking agents. The flavor is great, but it was the flake that got us! These tiny, hollow pyramids are what give this salt a very unique crunch while at the same time delivering excellent, even dissolvability.
