We hand blend all of our traditional French Herb Blends in house at Red Stick. We use this blend in long-cooking soups, stews and stocks. Bouquet Garni is perfect in beef stew and cassoulet.

Ingredients: Basil, Marjoram, Rosemary, Savory, Thyme, Tarragon, Oregano, Sage and Dill.

1/2 ounce of this blend is about 1/2 cup.
